Customer loyalty scheme
Spend £3,500 with ITC on specified courses this year and you will benefit from our Customer Loyalty Scheme.
How does it work?
By spending £3,500 including VAT in one calendar year on course fees, you will be eligible for £500 to spend on future ITC course enrolments. All of your spend from January to December counts, so you don’t have to wait to enrol all your students at once in order to be eligible. We will send you a voucher for £500 which can be spent at any time until the end of the following calendar year. If you spend over £7,000 on course fees you will receive a further voucher for £500, and at every subsequent multiple of £3,500.
What extra value does that represent?
Once you allocate your voucher you will have paid £3,500 for courses to the value of £4,000 – that’s an additional 14%.
What courses qualify for the Customer Loyalty Scheme?
The courses which qualify include:
Bespoke courses which have been developed specially for your organisation do not count towards the scheme, nor do the courses that we offer in conjunction with partners such as De Montfort University.
How will I know if my organisation has qualified?
We will send you the voucher when we see that your organisation’s training expenditure has exceeded £3,500 on our monthly accounts.
Does the voucher need to be spent at one time?
When you submit your voucher any unused money will show as a credit on your organisation’s account. You can use the credit at any time until the end of the following calendar year.
What would typical expenditure be?
You could reach your first £3,500 by enrolling four members of your support staff on an ILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice.
