Create a law academy in your firm

Many firms are creating in-house academies with the support of ITC and ILEX qualifications.

These in-house academies use our courses as the foundation of their training, but in the context of a sponsored, timetabled programme and additional in-house support through ITC.

These news stories illustrate how we are working with DWF, Irwin Mitchell and Minster Law to deliver their training objectives.

If you are looking to recruit school leavers to train as support staff, or to develop law graduates as paralegals or qualified lawyers, then let us help you meet these goals.

The following links show how our off-the-shelf courses can be used to develop staff in these areas. We can tailor these programmes to meet your specific objectives.

Delegate to support staff with confidence
Train your law graduate paralegas in legal practice
Homegrow your lawyers with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives

If you are interested in developing your own in-house academy, please contact Jenny Pelling, our Business Director, on 01234 844326 or at j.pelling@ilex-tutorial.ac.uk .
