You will learn how to plan and prioritise your workload, the benefits of effective team work and the importance of managing effective customer relationships.
How will I be taught?
When you enrol with ITC you will receive course materials for the units that make up your qualification. You will have access to a Course Forum and Academic helpline to assist you as you go along. Once you have worked through the manual for a unit, and attempted the practice exercises within it, you can request your assignment.
How are the units assessed?
Each unit is assessed by one assignment. As you complete each assessed assignment, you submit it to your ITC tutor for marking and comment.
