CPD Updates for Members and Fellows of ILEX
ITC publishes CPD updates for ILEX in the following subjects:
- Criminal Law and Litigation
- Civil Litigation
- Employment Law
- Equity and Trusts
- Family Law and Practice
- Land Law and Conveyancing
- Landlord and Tenant Law
- Law of Contract
- Law of Tort
- Probate Law and Practice
The 2011 editions of the CPD updates will cover developments in legislation and case law during the latter half of 2010 and the early part of 2011.
Who are they for?
The updates are for Associate Members, Graduate Members and Fellows of ILEX, as well as Associate Prosecutors, who can use them to fulfil CPD requirements as set out in the CPD guide issued by ILEX .
The updates are relevant for any practitioner who wishes to learn of current developments in their subject. They include self-test questions and answers, so that you can check your understanding and knowledge of the content, but please note that, as they do not include an assessment, they do not attract solicitors' CPD points.
Updates will be available in electronic, rather than printed, format, and you will receive an email giving login details to access your selected updates via our on-line Student Area. The updates cost £15 (£12.50 plus VAT) each and will be available through the on-line shop once published in late September.
Application
The updates will be available in autumn 2011 but if you wish to pre-order please download the application form, and invoices will be processed when the CPD updates are available.
