ITC student passes entire ILEX qualification in just two years 31/08/2010
An ITC student has completed all the subjects needed to become a Graduate Member of ILEX in just two years. Johanna Issa, who works at Oldham Council, studied and passed ten units for the ILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice in 2008-09 and a further six units for the ILEX Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice in 2009-10. Johanna learned of her success when ILEX announced the results of the June 2010 exam session earlier this month. Full story

Derbyshire Constabulary file builders celebrate success 13/07/2010
Derbyshire Constabulary introduced an initiative in 2008 to train non-uniformed staff as File Builders within the Criminal Justice department. The aim of the initiative was to release officers’ time equivalent to putting 58 officers back on the beat, making a saving of £3.3 million. Full story

Client firms reap rewards in ITC's Customer Loyalty Scheme 25/03/2010
ITC issued training vouchers of £500 each to 30 client firms in the first year of its Customer Loyalty Scheme. The Scheme, introduced in 2009, offers a voucher of £500 to be allocated against future training for expenditure of £3,500 in a calendar year. Full story
