DWF apprentices make progress during Apprenticeship Week 10/02/2012

Level 3 ILEX students from the Liverpool, Preston and Leeds office met with their Manchester colleagues for an in-house training session led by ITC Learning and Development Advisor, Nicola Goodman to coincide with National Apprenticeship week.

DWF currently support around fifteen paralegal staff and six apprentices studying the ILEX Level 3 Certificate. Graduate and Apprentice Programme Manager, Kate Hasluck said “DWF continues to expand its business and we are continually looking to recruit paralegals. Our aim is to ‘home grow’ our talent and encourage career progression through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives' training route”.

DWF paralegal Jane Basnett said “I really appreciate the opportunity that the CILEx qualifications have given me. I am absolutely determined to finish my Level 3 qualification as fast I can, and then get on to Level 6. I can’t wait to become a fully qualified Chartered Legal Executive lawyer through DWF’s paralegal academy.
